As the Assistant Registrar of Admission Systems in the University Registrar’s Office, Fahim fosters relationships across all academic units and the broader University community. His approachable demeanor and willingness to find viable solutions to challenging issues demonstrates his deep commitment to building positive relationships with colleagues, staff, and students. This was evident during the pandemic when Fahim coordinated email campaigns aimed at providing important updates and resources to U of T students.
Most recently, Fahim played a pivotal role in the implementation of an institutional process for the new provincial attestation letter (PAL) requirement by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), an unexpected policy change introduced in January 2024.
