Dr. Catherine Chandler-Crichlow joined the School of Continuing Studies in November 2021 after having served as the Executive Director of Career Management and Corporate Recruiting at the Ivey Business School at Western University. Prior to joining the Ivey Business School, Dr. Chandler-Crichlow held several executive leadership roles, including President of 3C Workforce Solutions, Executive Director of the Centre for Excellence in Financial Services Education, and Associate Vice-President of Education and Training at TD Bank Financial Group.

In addition to over 25 years working within the financial services sector, Dr. Chandler-Crichlow has been an advisor to different levels of government, both as a member of the federal Advisory Panel on Canada’s International Education Strategy, and as a member of the External Advisory Committee on Inclusion and Diversity of the Ontario Public Service.

Dr. Chandler-Crichlow has a PhD from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education at the University of Toronto, an EdM from Harvard University, and a BSc from the University of the West Indies. She is a specialist in the area of the changing nature of work, having completed her doctorate on the topic of curriculum development and technology-mediated distance education.
